Update : Please check any changes you made to your account between
February and September 2018. Some data may not have been restored
after a server issue occured. After logging in, click 'modify info'
and check especially that your mailing address and phone number are
still correct.
If your account
does not exist please create a new user account with the same username
that you used previously. If the system responds saying that the
username already exists, then click the 'forgot your paswsword' link
and your username and password will be emailed to the email address on
file on that account. Then check that all the information is correct
when clicking 'modify info'.
